The Resource Team (RT) is the primary program staff, working under the supervision of the Director of Transformational Programming, and with Camp Directors, Counselors and Campers, during each camp week. There are a variety of roles including, but not limited to, lifeguarding, driving for off-site activities, activity planning and coordination, and safety/rules oversight.
