Culinary Kamp for Adults is an opportunity for adults over the age of 19 to explore the world of culinary arts. This weekend culinary intensive camp is designed to give those with a passion for cooking and the culinary arts a boost in the skills they have and it will teach new skills as well. The camp will be taught by a culinary professional who has over 20 years of culinary experience to share. The camp will include demonstrations, structured workshops and lab time, and will culminate with a final tasting menu created entirely by the campers to be presented on the final day of camp. In addition, campers will have the opportunity to enjoy all of the beauty that Kamp Kaleo has to offer. Campers will receive a chef jacket, set of knives, and recipes. The cost of the camp is $400 and will including sleeping, meal and working accommodations as well as supplies and ingredients needed for the camp. Registration is limited to 15 campers.
